Damian’s expertise in facilitating private sale transactions is significant, having negotiated more than 1,000 contracts.
Damian is a keen property investor, developer and home renovator. As at January 2018, he had successfully undertaken 9 personal projects within various Melbourne municipalities. His knowledge in matters of town planning, building and construction will be of significant benefit to any property seller.
