After returning from active duty in Vietnam, Frank Hellier began his real estate profession in 1974. Before joining the Barry Plant team, he ran and controlled four offices in Cheltenham, Hampton East, Mentone, and Mordialloc on his own. Frank contributes his experience in both residential and commercial real estate to Barry Plant, and he continues to contribute to the team's training in order to attain ever-higher performance standards. Frank is a recent past President and current Director and Vice President of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, where he possesses a Category 4 training certificate for teaching real estate. He is also a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, a former member of the Estate Agents Council, and the 10 year Chairman of the REIV's Best Practice Committee.
