After holding the position of National Business Manager for Stockland Commercial for a long time, I joined Colliers International. During this period, I was in charge of collecting and removing over $750 million in retail and commercial resources. I was the Regional General Manager Leasing for the Stockland Shopping Center portfolio prior to my Capital Transactions position in Commercial Property. Prior to joining Stockland, I worked for Lend Lease Retail in Australia as the National Leasing Manager. I worked on a number of Australia's most important retail developments, including Casuarina Darwin, Melbourne Central, Sunshine Plaza, and Smithfield in Queensland, and Woden in the Australian Capital Territory. I worked with the Kiwi Income Fund as a Lend-Lease Asset Manager and was responsible for a couple of their retail projects in New Zealand. Prior to joining Lend Lease, I worked with Jones Lang Wootton as a National Director in both WA and NSW, where I oversaw the National Project Leasing group for some of Australia's top retail assets and portfolios. I, too, have a lengthy history in the media, having worked with John Fairfax and Sons in TV and radio for many years. Alistair has worked with Colliers International for over 31 years and is a long-serving member of the team. He has a wide range of customers, including active local, public, and international financial sponsors. Alistair's specialities include all sorts of commercial ventures, particularly in high-value CBD office buildings, retail assets (notably Rundle Mall retail, where he has sold more than 25 unique assets), and development areas. Alistair has developed critical understanding of complicated exchanges, public consumer information, and local economic conditions that benefit financial supporters as a top administrator. Melbourne CBD Partner Director | Investment Services Tom works at Collier's in the Melbourne City Sales Team as an Associate Director. He has a wide range of knowledge in the workplace, retail, and home improvement resource classes. Adelaide's Chief Capital Markets and Investment Services Paul is a Director in the South Australian Capital Markets and Investment Services group, having worked with Colliers International Adelaide for the last 28 of his 33 years in the property industry. Paul has a vast knowledge base in a variety of fields, including office, retail, home improvement, and agricultural. In Adelaide's CBD and metro sectors, Paul focuses on institutional and venture grade resources in the workplace and retail areas.
