About
David began his land career as a private property administrator in 1988. In the year 2000, he expanded his firm into land deals and rental. In 2005, he became the Director of Jens Gaunt Commercial, Ballarat's only specialised business organisation. David is the Managing Director of Colliers International's Ballarat and Geelong offices. I've been in the land business for 30 years and am a fully licenced estate agent, having began my career in 1988. I'm a well-known paddling instructor who, in 2015, had a boat named after me. Bunnings Ballarat, which I gave to a private financial investor for more than $7 million, was my most stunning deal.
