Since 2005, Neb has worked in land in Dandenong, assisting over 1000 persons and families in finding their ideal family home or building their investment property portfolio. Neb's passion has always been encouraging and managing people to make the best decisions possible for their houses since he began his career at the tender age of 19. Customers like being able to ask Neb any question and knowing that it would be answered in light of their well-being. Neb's passion for land has led him to his most notable passion: selling. Since his first closeout in 2010, Neb has overseen over 350 sales throughout Melbourne, and he is now enlisting the aid of other successful realtors to help them with their barterings. His second passion is coaching and training other realtors, particularly young hopefuls. This has inspired a number of Neb's former students to successfully advance their careers and start their own land office, an accomplishment that Neb is quite proud of. Neb is one of the most in-demand realtors and salesmen in the Dandenong area, and he successfully maintains and manages his family-owned business with his father Ranko, mother Milena, and sister Duska. But, before landing, where did Neb's story begin? Neb's family fled the conflict-torn country in the mid-1990s with little more than what they were wearing and two suitcases full of picture collections. Following their arrival in Australia, Neb's parents set out to learn English and ensure that their children had every opportunity to succeed in everyday life. Neb sought for an interest in creating very soon after completing both necessary and auxiliary school with high distinction marks, but realised that his genuine energy lay in engineering and city planning. He was accepted into Melbourne University, one of Australia's most prestigious schools, after finishing secondary school, where he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning and Development. Ranko, Neb's father, advised him to acquire a land permit and look into the possibility of working close to him in the land while he was at college. Neb tuned in, and before he knew it, he was working full-time on the property and earning his low-maintenance degree. Neb and Ranko, as well as Milena and Duska, made the collective family decision to start their own land company not long after, and they have never looked back. The company, which began as a diversified Harcourts office before being renamed to Del Real Estate in 2013, has been in operation since 2007, with Neb managing and leading the outreach group. Neb's excitement for working with people has led him to participate in a variety of local meetings, and his love for the sport has led him to continuously want to reward local wearing clubs, particularly at the grass roots level. He also seeks for new ways to reward the local community, particularly in the Dandenong district, and has organised events such as various Family Days and Easter Egg Hunts, as well as serving as the host for DandenongTV, a totally sponsored and supervised local area TV station founded by Neb. Neb was pleased with his position, and his well-honed approach was excellent. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him. Land benefits in Dandenong include experience in acquiring, selling, and leasing property and land on a regular basis.
