The sixth anniversary of LJ Hooker Kingaroy was recently applauded. I'm pleased with the results we've achieved and the significant market share we've established. It is critical for me to continue to grow the company locally and to make progress towards an office and culture that animates and moves both employees and consumers. Growing up on a cattle station in central Queensland has given me a solid understanding of our customers' needs as well as compassion for the hardships faced by rural people. I believe that country people deserve the same level of management that their city counterparts do, and to that end, I am encouraging my team to take command inside our business.
