Ajay Pal is an enthusiastic property consultant working in Englobo Land, Greenfield, Residential house & Land developments. He believes in consistent hard work, strategic planning & tailored services as per client’s needs. As a real estate consultant, Ajay brings his passion, analytical & attention to detail skills to help sellers to get them most value of their property. He helps buyers to find them a right property, whether they are first home buyers, investors, portfolio builders or developers with highly-focused research & analysis after understanding their needs. Prior real estate industry, he was in FMCG industry for 14 years and has worked with renowned beverages companies like Asahi Beverages, Carlton United Brewery & Lion Dairy Drinks. He has a dynamic experience working on different roles such as Demand Planner, Demand Analyst & Production Manager. Even then his real passion was (and remains) real estate. He developed skills of analysis, research, feasibility, attention to detail, communication, negotiations, mentoring team, building relationship with all kind of stakeholders etc. He has a good academic background which includes Bachelor & Master degrees in Information Technology from Swinburne University, Hawthorn, Melbourne and now he is pursuing Masters of Property in Valuation from RMIT, Melbourne. This course is further enhancing & building his skills in real estate industry specially in Property Valuations, Property Investment Feasibility, Property Development Analysis & Feasibility. With these skills & knowledge, he will be able to help his clients to take informed decision about Buying or Selling property, building investment portfolio or looking for Property development sites. Apart from his love for real estate, his other passion is cricket. He is multilingual & understand diverse cultures. In his time off, Ajay enjoys watching the beloved Hawks playing in AFL, spending time with his family & friends and playing cricket.
