Alby Tomassi

Alby Tomassi has over 22 years’ experience in property and is the Managing Director of Tomassi & Co operating throughout Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania, with a diverse land and project pipeline across these states. His deep knowledge, passion, and experience in property stems from a successful working relationship with the Private Banking division of the Bank of China, selling to investors both locally and internationally through his sales office in Nanjing, China, from 2008-2012. After stepping away from the property market for a few impactful years to focus on his philanthropy work in Africa and Asia as Co-Founder of YGAP, Alby re-entered the real estate sector when he joined 360 Property Group and Greg Hocking, before opening his own agency - Tomassi & Co. Alby possesses a unique skill set in his understanding of capital markets, feasibility studies for new development, project marketing, and has achieved outstanding results in the residential, commercial and industrial real estate markets, via his wide-ranging networks within the development, building and investment sectors. Alby has a close working relationship with multiple ASX-listed companies, superannuation funds, private family offices and national development companies with a focus on residential land lot subdivisions and infill development sites across Australia. Alby has built trusted relationships throughout APAC and the US who continue to invest in land and projects via Tomassi & Co’s in depth sales and marketing strategies supported by real time market data. His negotiating skills are of the highest level, which enables him to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.
