He holds a Masters of Property Development, Master of Project Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney. With an extensive background in property development, Trent knows what development opportunities a property can present and what specific information developers are looking for. Before placing a property on the market Trent conducts his own in-depth research into the property's permissible uses, highest and best use, predicted development patterns, and potential yield.
