Victorian Planning Minister Richard Wynne has approved Singapore developer Fragrance Group to build a 68-storey tower in Melbourne CBD.
Designed by renowned architecture firm Elenberg Fraser, the mixed use tower will soon become an icon of Melbourne’s city skyline. Standing at a height of 226m (reduced from 294m) the development will form a mixed use of 160 hotel suits and 660 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The 1800 square meter block located at 134-160 Spencer Street Melbourne, was acquired by Koh Wee Meng, Forbes Rich Lister and CEO of Fragrance Group for $44.6 million in 2014 from Business man Mark Rowsthorn.
