The property was offered with a permit for a 6-level office development but was purchased by an owner occupier.
This campaign which was listed the on the 4th of August was postponed twice due to extensions of lockdowns. The BIA who currently occupy the 2-level building, really wanted an onsite auction so 3 months later they got their wish.
There were 111 enquiries received during the campaign with strong bidding at the auction from both developers and owner occupiers.
