LAWD have successfully completed a transaction on behalf of the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne, selling three sites in a portfolio known as the Major Melbourne Development Site Portfolio.
All three sites are suitable for townhouse/mixed use development, and are located at the following addresses:
42 & 44-50 Hall Road, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201
80 Carrick Street, Point Cook, VIC 3030
122S Paterson Drive, Lynbrook, VIC 3975
Acting under instructions from transaction advisors Charter Keck Cramer, the three properties were sold following a widely marketed Expression of Interest campaign, which attracted a total of 300 enquiries and over 50 offers across the portfolio.
LAWD’s Head of Development Transactions & Advisory Services team, Peter Sagar, who marketed the portfolio along with Paul Callanan and Darcy Tobin, said “the portfolio created unprecedented demand, highlighting the current depth in the market for infill townhouse/mixed use development sites”.
