One of Brisbane’s most prominent commercial agents has left his position with Elders Commercial to concentrate his efforts on realising a lifelong dream of forming his own boutique agency.
Carl Charalambous is a renowned figure in real estate circles right across Brisbane for an almost unrivalled commitment in achieving the absolute pinnacle for his clients. Carl has recently established ‘C Property QLD’ with the overriding objective of continuing to provide the exceptional level of detail and personalised service that has underscored his reputation over more than a decade within the industry.
Commencing his illustrious career specialising in property valuations with Herron Todd White, Carl soon moved into becoming a development manager within his family’s business before later becoming a commercial account manager for what was formally known as Five D - a corporate real estate services firm wherein his clients included high profile firms as Australia Post and Telstra.
An associate director for over seven years at Elders, Carl became one of the most established figures in the market achieving record prices within the inner city of Brisbane, with a prime focus on development site sales and commercial/retail buildings.
Carl has a simple approach to selling property – do whatever it takes to achieve a successful result for the client, ooze energy and negotiate creatively. It is no surprise he has been responsible for over $200 Million worth of transactions in his career.
Having since launched C Property, the new firm will have a core focus on inner-city sales, leasing and property management - enabling Carl’s immense skills to be applied right across the spectrum of property services.
The new offices at Teneriffe, Brisbane will enable Carl greater freedom to capitalise on opportunities across the landscape whilst offering exceptional opportunities for likeminded staff, with Danilo Maruca recently being appointed as Leasing Executive.
