The campaign is being conducted by Knight Frank’s expert team comprising Stephen Kelly, James Thorpe and Paul Lillis, who also successfully transacted a neighbouring property at 635 Derrimut Road in late 2021, following a highly competitive process that generated 13 offers and eventually set a new price record per/ha for the precinct.
