Two neighbouring commercial sites in Melbourne’s southeast have been bought by a Chinese developer for $9.15 million.
The properties include a vacant warehouse and a tenant office building.
CBRE’s Mark Wizel said the vendors reaped an extra 10 per cent to 15 per cent on the sale of their properties due to the decision to amalgamate.
