Wingate has appointed real estate industry leader Andrew Perkins to the position of Research Director. Mr Perkins is well known and widely regarded in the market as a specialist in the residential real estate sector. He joins Wingate with over 25 years of industry experience to lead its real estate research and intelligence capabilities, having held similar roles at Oliver Hume and Metricon Homes
Mark Harrison, Managing Director Wingate Property, said that the appointment of Mr Perkins represented an opportunity to deepen Wingate’s real estate capabilities, leveraging research and market intelligence to identify and capture emerging investment opportunities for Wingate and its co- investment partners.
