Additionally, the group is a major shareholder of Skyfii, an Australian software technology company providing analytics and data driven marketing products.
Skyfii is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: SKF) with an international presence in the United Kingdom, North America, South America and South Africa.
Shaun is a Non-Executive Director of iSelect, an ASX-listed consumer comparison service, Managing Director of Lenders Direct, a private equity finance company, and the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Litigation Lending Services, a litigation funding solutions provider.
He also holds a number of key positions within the arts and philanthropic sectors, including as a Co-Founder of Heartfelt Foundation, a President's Council Member of The Art Gallery of NSW, the Prince's Trust and Deputy Chairman of Life Education Australia.
Shaun is also a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.
