This is an open tender opportunity for qualified developers to partner with the Victorian Government in transforming the Arden Precinct into a vibrant, innovative, and sustainable urban area. The successful bidder will have the chance to contribute to a major development project that will shape the future of Melbourne.

Questions and Clarifications: All queries regarding the EOI must be submitted by 3pm, Tuesday, 23rd July 2024. Responses will be circulated to all bidders based on the nature of the questions.
 

Submission Deadline: Complete EOI submissions must be received by 3pm, Tuesday, 20th August 2024 exclusively via the ‘Buying for Victoria Portal’.
